Welcome to PyGen Micro SaaS Factory (MSF), a development and deployment framework under PyGen & Co. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of any services, applications, products, and web platforms developed under MSF — including SaaS solutions, beta programs, and commercial offerings listed on msf.pygen.in.
By using, testing, or deploying any MSF-based application or service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the MSF services. Continued use of MSF or any sub-product implies your full consent.
All intellectual property, source code, design, and branding associated with MSF and its sub-products remain the exclusive property of PyGen & Co.. Users and clients are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the application or service deployed for them.
Upon handover or deployment of a Micro SaaS product to a client (for example, a coaching center, institute, or business), PyGen retains the right to access associated APIs or service data to continue product improvements, conduct experiments, and enhance service reliability.
MSF applications often use Google Sheets and Google Apps Script as back-end databases. By using an MSF-built app, you grant PyGen permission to store, read, and analyze app-related data through Google APIs for the purpose of:
PyGen reserves the right to securely retain one copy of the Google Sheet API credentials for technical improvements and internal testing, ensuring continuous service upgrades for both active and legacy users. All access is handled ethically and never shared externally.
Some MSF products are released under a Beta Program to select users or institutions for testing purposes. Beta products are provided as-is, with no guarantees of uptime, stability, or feature completeness. PyGen is not liable for data loss, service interruption, or errors during the beta period.
By participating in any MSF beta, you agree that:
MSF services follow the transparent pricing model available at msf.pygen.in. Plans may include free tiers, pay-per-use modules, and subscription-based models. Once a plan is activated or a deployment is made, refunds are generally not provided unless explicitly stated.
All payments are to be made through verified PyGen channels (UPI or authorized gateways only). Renewal or upgrade notices will always be communicated through official MSF apps or email.
Your data remains yours. However, by using MSF applications, you grant PyGen & Co. the right to use anonymized or aggregated data to improve service efficiency, conduct analytics, or train system modules for future innovations.
All data access follows the privacy commitments outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access, blacklisting from PyGen programs, or legal action under applicable laws.
MSF products are provided with best efforts but without warranties of any kind. PyGen shall not be held responsible for direct or indirect damages, data loss, or business disruptions arising from the use or inability to use an MSF product or beta release.
PyGen & Co. reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any MSF product, beta environment, or user account at any time for reasons including breach of terms, misuse, inactivity, or system maintenance.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The most recent version will always be available at help.pygen.in/msf/terms. Continued use of MSF services after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
All applications, websites, and software developed or sold under the PyGen Micro SaaS Factory (MSF) framework must retain the default footer that includes the statement “Developed by PyGen MSF” along with direct links to the official PyGen MSF Help Center. This attribution ensures authenticity, provides end-users with access to verified support resources, and must not be removed, hidden, or altered in any deployment.
