This page explains how PyGen Micro SaaS Factory (MSF) manages, secures, and transfers user and client data across all B2B applications developed under the PyGen brand. It applies to all MSF-built apps, including white-labeled and managed deployments.
All data created or submitted by end-users (such as customers, students, or clients) belongs to the respective business using the MSF-built app. PyGen acts purely as a data processor, not a data owner. The client or business using the app is the data controller responsible for managing their users’ information.
PyGen maintains secure, backend-level access to client databases through APIs (e.g., Google Sheets + App Script) only for:
PyGen does not access, share, or use any client or user data for marketing, profiling, or resale.
End-users (like app users, students, or customers) have full rights to request:
Such requests should be directed to the business (the app owner). However, if the business is inactive or hosted under PyGen’s direct system, users can contact us at help.pygen.in/msf/data-controls and PyGen will coordinate with the business to ensure the user’s rights are fulfilled promptly.
PyGen ensures all API keys, endpoints, and Google Sheet databases are securely managed and isolated. Clients are advised not to share or modify their backend URLs publicly. Any suspected misuse or breach will result in immediate revocation of access and internal investigation.
If a client wishes to take full ownership of their app and database:
PyGen retains minimal backup copies of client databases solely for disaster recovery purposes. These backups are automatically deleted within 30 days after service termination unless otherwise required by law or client request.
All applications, websites, and software developed or sold under the PyGen Micro SaaS Factory (MSF) framework must retain the default footer that includes the statement “Developed by PyGen MSF” along with direct links to the official PyGen MSF Help Center. This attribution ensures authenticity, provides end-users with access to verified support resources, and must not be removed, hidden, or altered in any deployment.
