PyGen Micro SaaS Factory (MSF) provides B2B-ready web apps and managed SaaS platforms that can be directly used by small businesses, startups, and independent creators. Our goal is to make powerful, ethical, and transparent tools accessible — without overcomplicating the billing process.

All financial transactions under MSF are handled through our official and secure payment system: pay.pygen.in. This ensures every payment, whether from clients or partners, is verified, traceable, and fully encrypted.

Accepted Payment Methods

Currently, we accept UPI-based payments only for all MSF-related apps and services. This includes subscription renewals, business onboarding, and private app customizations.

Payments made through pay.pygen.in are verified instantly and recorded securely. We do not support card, wallet, or third-party gateways at the moment. For any offline or special payment cases, please contact pygen.co@gmail.com before proceeding.

Payment Verification & Activation

Every transaction made through pay.pygen.in undergoes a human verification process to ensure legitimacy and proper record mapping. Once verified, the respective service or app is activated manually by our MSF billing team. Verification typically takes 6–24 hours and is followed by a confirmation email or in-app update.

Billing for B2B & Partner Apps

Under the PyGen MSF model, businesses receive ready-made or white-labeled apps which they can operate independently. In such cases:

Example: If a coaching institute uses an MSF-built platform like PyGen Connect, the institute pays PyGen for the platform hosting and lead management system — but retains full control over how they manage their own leads and earnings.

Free Trials & Plans

Many MSF apps offer free trial periods for new business clients — typically lasting 15 to 30 days. After the trial ends, the client must choose a plan (Basic, Plus, or Pro) as per their requirements.

Individual users (e.g., students or general customers) never pay to access these apps unless they are directly contracting PyGen for a private deployment.

Renewals & Notifications

PyGen never renews subscriptions automatically. You will always receive a clear reminder from pay.pygen.in before your service period expires. If no payment is made after the grace period, the service will be paused — not deleted — for 15 days, allowing easy reactivation.

Refund Policy

PyGen MSF follows a strict no-refund policy once any service or plan is activated. This applies to all payments including subscription renewals, white-label fees, or integration charges.

We encourage clients to carefully review all details before making a payment. If there’s confusion or concern, reach out to pygen.co@gmail.com prior to proceeding. Once activation begins, our system allocates resources, domains, and APIs — hence, refunds are not possible.

Invoice & Records

All payments through pay.pygen.in automatically generate an invoice and transaction ID, which serves as valid proof of purchase. You can access or re-request your invoice anytime via email.

Compliance & Security

PyGen strictly complies with Indian digital payment guidelines and ethical Islamic finance principles. We neither store card data nor engage in any interest-based (riba) systems. Every UPI transaction is processed directly between your account and PyGen’s verified business account through authorized banking networks.
