Data Management

At PyGen Labs, we believe in giving you full control over your data. You can manage your data through various options, including:

Exporting Your Data - You can request a complete export of your data from the system at any time. Simply contact our support team for assistance.
Deleting Your Data - When you delete data from the app, it is not permanently removed immediately. Instead, it is marked as deleted for security reasons and will remain in the system for a short period. If you wish to have the data permanently deleted from our servers, please contact us directly, and our team will process your request.
Requesting Data Modifications - If you need any modifications or corrections made to your data, you can reach out to us and request those changes.

Data Storage

Your data is securely hosted on Google and stored in a JSON-based server. The storage and processing of your data are powered by Google Sheets with Apps Script. This structure ensures that your data remains accessible and easily manageable, while also offering a robust, scalable solution to handle your needs.

While we aim to offer top-tier security and privacy, please note that the data is hosted by third-party services (Google) and subject to their policies as well.

Data Sharing

We may integrate third-party services and share your data with other businesses and startups to help improve functionality, enhance experiences, and support business growth. This includes sharing personal information, business data, analytics, activity logs and other collected information with our trusted partners. Third-party tools must comply with industry privacy standards and data protection regulations.

Security Settings

We take data security seriously and offer various options to help protect your data:

Two-Factor Authentication - For added security, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This ensures that even if your password is compromised, your account remains secure.
Account Recovery Options - If you forget your password or need to recover your account, you can set up recovery options in your account settings to regain access quickly and securely.

Accessing Your Data
