Billing & Payments

At PyGen Labs, our mission is to build simple, useful, and powerful software tools that help people stay organized, collaborate efficiently, and grow their ideas—without the usual complexity or cost barriers. That's why most of our services are offered completely free of charge, and only a few of our apps fall under paid plans. We are a small, independent, and community-first company operating under PyGen & Co., and our billing is transparent, rare, and always in favor of the user.

Accepted Payment Methods

Currently, we only accept UPI payments for any and all paid services. We do not support debit/credit cards, net banking, or any wallet-based gateways at the moment. All UPI transactions must be completed via the payment link or QR code we provide during the subscription or onboarding process. Please ensure that the UPI ID or QR belongs to PyGen Labs or PyGen & Co. only. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us at pygen.co@gmail.com before making any payment.

Human Verification & Activation Timeline

To maintain a clean, fair, and secure experience for all users and partners, every paid account or request involving billing undergoes a human verification process. Once we receive your payment and request, our team manually verifies the details. This process may take up to 24 hours (usually completed within a few hours), after which your services are activated and confirmation is sent via email or in-app alerts.

Free vs. Paid Services

Most of our applications—such as ProjXs Desktop and ProjXs Mobile, and tools like NexDrop—are completely free to use without any subscription or billing involved. These apps are part of our open-access vision under PyGen Labs, and we will continue to keep them free for everyone.

However, a few services developed under PyGen's closed-source or commercial products, like PyGen Connect, do involve charges—primarily aimed at businesses or institutions. For example, coaching centers that sign up on PyGen Connect are enrolled into a partner model with a limited free trial period (usually one month), after which a pay-per-lead model is applied. Students or parents using these platforms do not pay anything.

Subscriptions, Renewals & Notifications

Subscriptions—where applicable—are communicated directly through the app or service interface. We never bill you silently or without notice. You will always receive a clear alert before any billing cycle begins. Additionally, we will display notifications if your plan is expiring or if payment is required.

All our subscription plans are simple and transparent. You cannot cancel a subscription manually once it has started. No automatic renewals are set up—billing is always manually confirmed. If you stop using the app after activation, the subscription remains active until its validity ends.

No Refunds Policy

As a policy, PyGen Labs does not offer refunds on any payments once services have been activated or accounts have been verified. This includes subscriptions, lead-based plans, or any other fee-based access to our platforms. We recommend you read all terms clearly and contact us at pygen.co@gmail.com if you have any confusion before proceeding with any payments.

Legal and Compliance

By using any of our paid services, you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. All communications regarding billing are done via official PyGen channels only. Any fraudulent attempts to bypass payment or verification steps will result in immediate account suspension without warning.

Please include your username, transaction ID (if available), and the service name in your message so we can resolve your issue quickly.
