This page explains how billing works on PyGen Connect. It covers payments, subscriptions, refunds, support and the current status of PyGen and Co. to ensure full transparency for all coaching partners.
PyGen and Co. has paused all new development. The company is not working on new apps, services or releases at the moment. The only active and supported service is PyGen Connect, which continues to receive improvements, fixes and updates whenever required. All billing and subscriptions belong only to PyGen Connect and no other product.
Only coaching centers pay for plans on PyGen Connect. Students and parents never pay anything. The platform is built to help families reach verified coaching centers and your coaching can use Plus to reach more parents.
PyGen Connect offers a limited time Free Trial for new coaching centers. The trial gives full access for one month. After the trial ends you can continue with the Plus plan at a monthly price of Rs 499.
The Plus plan includes unlimited leads, high search ranking, a premium profile, smart recommendations and early access to improvements and future tools.

PyGen Connect does not offer refunds for any reason. If a coaching center deletes its account, pauses its service or decides to stop using the platform, there is no refund. Once a plan is activated the payment is fully counted and remains valid until the end of the plan period.
PyGen Connect does not promise any fixed number of leads in a day or month. This platform is not a bulk lead seller. Parents contact coaching centers directly through the platform and your profile performance depends on real parent activity, ratings, reviews and visibility.
PyGen Connect does not act as a middle agent and does not push artificial leads.
PyGen Connect may run ads to help the platform grow and reach more users. These promotions are managed internally and are not refundable. Ads do not affect your plan pricing.
All payments for PyGen Connect are made only through UPI. The amount is paid to the personal UPI account of Ameer Hamza Khan who is the Founder and CEO of PyGen and Co. since the company does not have its own business account at this time.
When your plan expires or when you choose to upgrade, the platform will redirect you to the payment link automatically. You can also upgrade manually from the pricing page.
Subscriptions on PyGen Connect are simple and transparent. There is no auto renewal. You are never charged without your action. When a plan expires the service stops and the platform asks you to renew.
